Risk Compass Tech Support Authentication RiskCompassTM uses the authentication to activate the software. The authentication proceedure is computer specific. Data Feed Account RiskCompassTM uses TurboFeed data for the live data feed. The TurboFeed program ports live data into RiskCompass, it will load when starting RiskCompass. If you need to activate your data feed manager please contact MarketCompass Tech Support. support@marketcompass.com or call (415) 982-0431.
Data Problem RiskCompassTM uses eSignal data for the live data feed. The TurboFeed program ports live data into RiskCompass, it will load when starting RiskCompass. If the TurboFeed manager is not receiving data please check your username and password. For more help Click Here.
